I bring over five years of experience in the mental health field, beginning on the administrative side and later working directly with individuals facing addiction for a year.

My training includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Outside of therapy, I am a proud dog mom who loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, enjoy time on the lake, and work on crafts and creative projects. These give me perspective and remind me of the many paths we can take in caring for ourselves and others.
